When you send us a brief through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company if you give one, and what you tell us about your project. We only collect what we need to reply and to run your project.

We use it to reply to you, to scope and run your project, to send invoices and process payments through our payment partners, and to improve the website.

The website uses cookies from Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can turn them off in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, change, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the website, PayPal to process payments, and Dribbble for messages, contracts and payments made there. Each has its own privacy policy, which governs how it handles your data. We are not responsible for their practices.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or limit that use. Email hello@layerice.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Our services are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@layerice.com and we will remove it.
