By engaging in any services provided by Layerice Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.

1. General Terms

1.1. All services provided by Layerice Design are subject to availability and acceptance of these terms.
1.2. By accepting a proposal or making a payment, the client agrees to these terms in full.
1.3. Layerice Design reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. Prices listed in our price list are subject to change based on project requirements and client needs.
2.2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% will be due upon final project delivery.
2.3. Payments can be made via Paypal or other agreed-upon methods. All prices are in USD.
2.4. Any additional services or revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees, charged at our hourly design rate of $125/hour, unless otherwise specified.

3. Revisions and Modifications

3.1. Each design package includes a set number of revisions as detailed in the proposal.
3.2. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at the hourly rate or as per agreement.
3.3. Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 days of receiving a draft. Any further changes requested after this time may incur additional costs.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

4.1. Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to use the final design for their intended purposes (e.g., branding, marketing).
4.2. Layerice Design retains the right to use any work created for the client in its portfolio, marketing materials, or promotional content.
4.3. Layerice Design reserves the right to retain all project files, sketches, and working documents unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

5.1. The timeline for the project will be agreed upon between Layerice Design and the client.
5.2. Any delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, late submission of materials) may result in changes to the final delivery date.
5.3. Layerice Design will not be held responsible for missed deadlines due to delays beyond its control.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Clients may cancel a project at any stage, but the initial deposit is non-refundable.
6.2. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for the hours worked or services rendered up to the point of cancellation, in addition to the deposit.
6.3. Layerice Design reserves the right to cancel a project at any time if terms and conditions are violated or the client is unresponsive.

7. Liability and Warranty

7.1. Layerice Design will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of its design work after project completion, including but not limited to loss of sales, profits, or reputation.
7.2. Clients are responsible for checking and approving all final deliverables. Any errors found after approval will be the client’s responsibility.
7.3. Layerice Design provides no warranty on design files or final deliverables after they have been approved by the client.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless express permission is given to share publicly.
8.2. Sensitive information provided by the client will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Layerice Design will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform any of its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond its control.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
10.2. Any disputes arising under these terms will be settled through negotiation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in [Jurisdiction].
