How do payments work?
We require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project complete, before the final files are delivered. We accept payment via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon.
What file formats will I receive?
Upon completion, you’ll receive the final design in various formats suitable for print and web, such as:
- JPEG/PNG
- Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) We’ll ensure you have everything you need for your branding and marketing needs.
- Figma (UI design)
Can I cancel a project?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

We accept PayPal as a convenient and secure payment option for all our design services. Here’s how you can pay via PayPal:

- Receive Invoice
Once the project scope is agreed upon, we will send you an invoice via email with a PayPal payment link. - Click the Payment Link
Open the invoice email and click the provided PayPal link to proceed with the payment. - Log into Your PayPal Account
You’ll be directed to the PayPal website. Log into your PayPal account to make the payment. - Complete the Payment
Review the invoice amount, and once confirmed, complete the payment process. - Payment Confirmation
You will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal, and we will be notified once the payment is successful.
What method can i use to pay?
We accept credit card payments through PayPal, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Here’s how you can pay via PayPal using your credit card:

Open the invoice email and click on the PayPal payment link to begin the payment process. - Choose ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’
On the PayPal checkout page, select the option ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ if you don’t want to log into a PayPal account. - Enter Your Credit Card Details
Fill in your card details (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), billing information, and email address to complete the payment. - Confirm Payment
Once the information is entered, click ‘Pay Now’ to finalize your payment. You will receive a confirmation from PayPal, and we will be notified once the payment is successful.
